The Service

PHOLO provides tools for monitoring and analyzing authorized social-media account and content performance across supported third-party platforms.

PHOLO is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitch, or their respective owners.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PHOLO account and for activity occurring through your account.

You may only connect social-media accounts that you own or are authorized to access.

You agree not to misuse PHOLO, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent platform restrictions, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use PHOLO in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Subscriptions

PHOLO's standard subscription is currently $9.99 per month and includes supported PHOLO features for connected supported platforms.

Applicable taxes or app-store charges may apply.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily provide a refund for time already purchased, except where required by law or applicable app-store policies.

Third-Party Platforms

PHOLO depends upon third-party APIs and services.

Social platforms may change their APIs, permissions, available metrics, rate limits, policies, or availability at any time. As a result, particular PHOLO features or metrics may change, become delayed, or become unavailable.

PHOLO does not guarantee that every metric will be available from every platform or updated in real time.

Analytics and Insights

PHOLO provides analytics and informational insights based upon available data. These insights are not guarantees of future audience growth, engagement, revenue, content performance, or other results.

Intellectual Property

PHOLO and its software, branding, design, and original content are owned by PHOLO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of your content and social-media accounts.

Termination

You may stop using PHOLO and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, or requirements imposed by connected platforms or law.

Disclaimer

PHOLO is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHOLO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms as PHOLO and its integrations evolve. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
