PHOLO (“PHOLO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides social media analytics and monitoring tools that allow users to connect supported social media accounts and understand changes in their account and content performance.

Information We Collect

When you use PHOLO, we may collect:

Account Information: Information you provide when creating or managing your PHOLO account, such as your name, email address, and account identifiers.

Connected Platform Data: When you choose to connect a supported platform such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch, PHOLO may access information authorized by you through that platform's official API and authorization process. Depending on the platform and permissions you grant, this may include account identifiers, profile information, follower or subscriber counts, content information, views, engagement metrics, analytics, and other account-performance information made available by the platform.

PHOLO only requests permissions needed to provide its features. PHOLO does not ask for or store your social media passwords.

Usage and Technical Information: We may collect information about how PHOLO is used, including device information, application activity, error logs, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Subscription Information: Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app stores. PHOLO may receive information about your subscription status and transaction identifiers but does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide PHOLO's analytics, monitoring, insights, alerts, and account-management features.

• Connect and synchronize social media accounts authorized by you.

• Calculate changes and trends in account and content performance.

• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve PHOLO.

• Manage subscriptions and customer support.

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your connected social-platform data.

We do not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs for targeted advertising, advertising profiles, sale to data brokers, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Connected Social Platforms

PHOLO accesses connected social accounts only after you authorize access through the applicable platform's official authorization system.

Your use of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other connected services remains subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies.

You may disconnect a connected platform from PHOLO. Disconnecting prevents future synchronization from that platform, subject to technical processing required to complete the disconnection.

Storage and Security

PHOLO uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Authentication credentials and access tokens used to connect third-party accounts are protected using security controls designed for sensitive credentials.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PHOLO, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

When you delete your PHOLO account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or maintained in temporary backups that expire through ordinary backup processes.

Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PHOLO, such as cloud infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to PHOLO and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect PHOLO, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information or connected social-platform data.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information.

You may also disconnect individual social-platform accounts without deleting your entire PHOLO account.

Children

PHOLO is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as PHOLO evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
